With a track record of success working across industries, geographies, and company stages, from angel investment to public companies, Margaux excels in leading global teams through significant growth and change, and operationalizing strategic talent agendas. Her expertise spans strategic leadership, talent acquisition, culture building, coaching, change management, and more. 


At The Gillman Group, Margaux provides comprehensive HR counsel to early to mid-stage startup companies in consumer packaged goods (CPG), technology, and professional services. Margaux has held a number of impactful leadership roles, including Chief People Officer at Gathered Foods, Senior Vice President, People & Culture at Job.com, Vice President roles at Vital Farms and Social Solutions, and leadership roles at Axiom Legal, and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP.


Educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Southern Methodist University and certifications in Holistic Health Coaching and International Business.
